How to improve your SAT math score
Start with a diagnostic. Take a short mixed-domain set to find which areas cost you the most points. Most students over-study Algebra (which they already know) and under-study Advanced Math (where the hardest questions live).
Drill by domain, not by difficulty. Work through all Algebra questions at your current level before moving on. Pattern recognition within a domain is faster than jumping between topics.
Review every wrong answer. The explanation matters more than the question. Understanding why an answer is wrong — not just what the right answer is — prevents repeat mistakes.
Use the Desmos calculator strategically. The Digital SAT allows Desmos on all math questions. Practice graphing equations to check algebra answers rather than doing all algebra by hand.
